Designed purely for brands or companies who want a great night out watching speedway action in the company of colleagues or clients. Watching the thrills and spills from an exclusive section of The Raceway Tavern balcony with a panoramic view over the whole track, our race night sponsor package is a complete, alternative night out.

• Programme advert for the night plus name on front cover
• Buffet at The Raceway Tavern, plus the unique opportunity to watch some heats from the centre green (subject to health & safety restrictions)

Race Night Sponsorship:
Up to 20 people: £695 + vat
Up to 12 people: £500 +vat
The racetrack bends are covered by a perimeter safety air fence. This fence, adapted successfully from the World MotoGP series, has saved many riders from serious injury in recent years. It also houses significantly sized advertising banners. With action photos appearing weekly through a multitude of regional press and online publications throughout Essex and East London, and on sports pages with a MASSIVE readership, these banners are an extremely effective way of securing high profile branding for your company.
As an additional bonus the banners also feature in every race for in every home meeting DVD produced by ReRun Productions. A sure fire hit for getting your company name in front of your customers.

Air fence banners displayed every meeting, all season
The pits are at the heart of the action throughout Race night. We put great emphasis on fan interaction at the Hammers, and the pits are open to all members of the public before and after each meeting, when fans have the chance to mingle with the riders, sign autographs and take pictures. As the action unfolds during the evening, the pits are often the central focus, and our Pit Sponsorship package provides a unique way to both spread your brand message and support the Hammers team.

The award winning Hammers programme is renowned as one of the best speedway programmes in the country.
Printed bespoke and full colour EVERY week and containing the invaluable race card for the meeting, the programme is an essential part of the fans evening.
It is an extremely important and very direct way of getting your message across to a wide range of people in Essex and the South East. Your advert will appear in EVERY race day programme over the 2018 season.

In addition to the in-track air fence banners,we also provide “A” frame hoardings from the track interior facing the crowd and cameras from the media. A sure fire hit for getting your company name in front of your customers.

Our race bibs, worn by all seven team members, provide full branding for your company, both during races and throughout the meeting. We can design and produce the bibs, based on brand guidelines, or indeed, develop the look and feel from scratch.
