Cardiff Coach
We have received a couple of enquiries about the club organising transport for the British Grand Prix on July 4th.
At the moment, the Lakeside Hammers Social Committee has NO definite plans to run a coach to the meeting but as Andreas (Jonsson) will be riding, Community Liaison Manager Mark Sexton has made some initial enquiries as to the possible costs in case a substantial number of Hammers fans wish to travel and support our Super-Swede in Cardiff.
The cost for a seat would be approximately £30-35 for adults, £20 for kids.
If you wish to travel, please let us know by emailing Mark (Sexton) on marksexton@lakesidehammers.co.uk by 8th May.
If we receive sufficient interest by this date, which is a final deadline, we will move on with booking the coach.
In order to keep the cost to a reasonable level, we will need at least 40 supporters to register their interest (and pay in full). The coach would leave Thurrock between 10am and 11am and return from Cardiff at approximately 9.30pm but all details are subject to final confirmation.
