Ellis out on loan

The Vortex Lakeside Hammers are delighted that our hot young prospect Adam Ellis will race this year on loan to Swindon in the Elite League, after initial fears his average may prove unattractive once the Poole Pirates decided against continuing his loan spell there.

However, we wish to confirm that despite rumours to the contrary, he has not been sold to the Wiltshire club.

Hammers Co Promoter Jon Cook commented “Adam remains a major asset of the club and while our Elite League/Premiership license remains on ice it’s good for all parties that his development continues at the highest level.”

Looking ahead, it’s a week to the Hammers Dinner Dance and both Kelvin Tatum and Jon Cook will be present to chat to fans about the club’s plans for next season and beyond.

An update will be provided thereafter via The Hammers website for those fans unable to attend.

Hammers fans are also reminded that voting for the 2016 Hammer of the year closes on Thursday.
