Hammer heads North

Lakeside_Hammers_Press_Practice_170316_TGS502Hammers favourite Richard Lawson travels North today for the second British Semi-Final, which takes place at 3pm at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium, home of the Glasgow Tigers. Lewis Bridger was originally scheduled to ride, but has withdrawn from the meeting, as has Poole Pirates reserve Kyle Newman.

With home track advantage, Lawson will be amongst the favourites to land one of the seven qualifying places are available,  despite some tough opposition including Scott Nicholls and Craig Cook.

The top seven qualifiers from both semi-finals,  plus two Wild Cards will then compete for the title at Belle Vue on June 13.
