Following their dramatic, last heat draw against the Coventry Bees at The Arena Essex Raceway, the Vortex Lakeside Hammers have been forced to into changes for both of their injured reserves for Wednesdays away trip to Belle Vue.

Lee Payne comes in for Adam Roynon, who valiantly rode in heat 12 last night despite a dislocated collarbone for which he is being treated today.  Meanwhile Adam Ellis, who took a dramatic tumble in heat 8 last night when he shed a chain,  is replaced by Max Clegg.  Adam is sore this morning, and has been diagnosed with a fractured bone in his hand,  but hopes to be back for Thursdays away trip to Swindon.

The Hammers will also operate Rider Replacement for the injured Kim Nilsson, who aims to make his comeback in Sweden this coming weekend.
