Training School cancelled & Cook praises track staff

The Training School scheduled for today has unfortunately been cancelled due to the weather from yesterday. The Training is re-scheduled for next Saturday, the 29th June.

On the subject of the weather, Hammers Co-Promoter Jon Cook commented “on behalf of all at the club, I’d like to say thanks to the track staff for their fantastic efforts last night. They dealt superbly with a sudden downpour at 6pm (see picture below), and worked tirelessly to deliver a raceable track only 2 hours later” (as shown in the main image with the Vortex Hammers reserve guest Tyson Nelson leading Heat 2)

Last nights win over the Wolverhampton Wolves, moves the Essex based team into the top three of the Sky Sports Elite League table.
