Vortex Hammers head to Monmore Green

Following on from their late victory over The Eagles, The Vortex Hammers will be looking to maintain their push for a place in the Elite League Play-Offs, when they head to Monmore Green this evening (21st July ) to take on the Wolverhampton Wolves.

The Hammers welcome back Mikkel Bech, fresh from finishing 4th with 10 points in the first round of the World Under 21 Championships in Lonigo Italy, whilst Ben Barker deputises for Lewis Bridger who is recovering from a trapped nerve in his shoulder.

Wolves, 7th in the table, bring in Team GB rider Chris Harris as a guest for World Champion Tai Woffinden, who is absent through illness, whilst Edinburgh’s Max Fricke comes in for Ty Proctor who aggravated an injury when riding for Sheffield at Glasgow in a Premier League meeting on Sunday.
