Monday 17th October Update:  The Hammers Social Committee have confirmed that all remaining tickets have now been sold.   Hammers Committee Members  Russell, Brian, Diane and Sarah appreciate the support of the event for this year.

The Vortex Hammers Social Committee have confirmed that a few tickets remain for the End of Season Dinner dance, which are available on a first come first served basis, and are priced at £37.50 each.

The event will take place on Saturday 19th of November at The Park Inn, North Stifford, Grays, Thurrock, RM16 5UE

The Dinner dance is an evening of celebration and laughter, and a trip down memory lane with special guests and Hammers Legends from yesteryear – Troy Pratt, Colin White and Paul Hurry along with special guests Peter and Jean Thorogood.

Confirmed Hammers in attendance will be Lewis Bridger, Lewis Kerr, Robert Mear and Kim Nilsson with Jon Cook and Kelvin Tatum giving their thoughts and insights of the season and looking ahead to 2017.

The Social committee are also delighted to announce that Sam and Megan Hagon and Jason Edwards and their families will also be joining the evening.

The winner of the 2016 Hammer of the Year Award (the poll for which will be launched shortly) will be announced during the evening, with a superb raffle including prizes such as a Hagon Shocks Academy day, VIP tickets for 4 persons, Re-Run Productions Vouchers amongst others  also available.

All guests are asked to arrive no later than 6.00pm, with the sit down meal served promptly at 6:30pm, followed by interviews with Hammers Legends, Academy Riders, 2016 Hammers, Jon Cook and Kelvin Tatum, with a disco until late.

Double and single rooms are available at The Park Inn hotel for £80 per room inclusive of breakfast, should you wish to stay.

The menu choices for the evening are as follows:-

Starters:

1, Country Style Pate, served with a fruity plum jam and apple chutney and rustic bread

2, Light and refreshing plate of sliced, seasonal melon accompanied with a juicy mango and passion fruit salsa

Mains:

1, Tender Roast Chicken Breast, with baby button mushrooms, smoked bacon lardons and Roast Potatoes with a rich red wine sauce

2, Fillet of fresh, herb crumbed cod, served with hot buttery baby potatoes and delicate creamy lemon sauce

Desserts:

1, Individual apple and berry crumble tart with vanilla custard

2, Profiteroles with cream

Tea and Filtered Coffee with mints to follow.
